AVI to MPEG

I am using gui4ffmpeg and it takes way too long to convert to mpeg-2...is there a faster software or should I do mpeg-1 to make it faster?

I dont need to burn but I want to convert so I can add it to my mp3.

Its freeware and pretty good.

 

Its too complicated, I cant get anything to work? There's no simple one out there thats faster?

 

Its pretty easy to use.All you have to do is select mpg vcd compliant.Don't change anything else though.Then right click in the space where you add and add the file then select the output file management and select where you want the output file to be.Then pres encode and convert.

If you still did not manage the conversion, you can try winavi. It is very fast and easy.
