dothalo maps MP softmod

I have a softmod and halo 2. I used dothalo and modded some damage things on lockout. I ftp'd the map back and went to system link and then create new game and then choose lockout. It worked perfectly fine. Then i turned xlink kai on and played somebody with lockout. My mods didtn work.

Basically im asking if i mod maps using dothalo can i use them on xlink kai without anybody else having them? i know that if i host the game they can have my mods what if i join?

BTW i know about trainers

 

you need to be host for most mods to work

 

Certain mods like auto aim and speed only work if your not host.Warthog flying is pretty funny to do also while not host
