I am wondering, what does the 8AA stand for? Does it mean my drive can burn dvd+r's at 8 instead of just 2.4? Another thing that confuse's me is kinda related: When i look for my Memorex over on videohelp.com, i can not find the one that shows the write speed my drive always burns at (12 for cd-r's and 2.4 for dvd's), the one that seems close writes at 32x for cd-r and 8x for dvd. Chipset and OEM is RICOH. Why will my drive not write at these speeds? Who can enlighten me and lead me the right way?
