still havin trouble with the drive. some dvds will not play is it the laser/lens, does it need realigning or cleaning and how. ? cheers
I would try running a cleaner first. If this dosen't work you may need to replace you DVD ROM. It is usually the easiest way to fix your problem because ROM's will wear out after a while. I've gone thru 2 myself. They are just like any other peice of electronic equipment, they will give out if you use them alot. (I do!) Good luck!
