Help Lost Everything

I have lost both MS dashboard and my Evox so im getting error 21,16 and 14. I have a hard-mod and my harddrive wont let me ftp into it (i keep getting errors when tranfering) and slayers auto installer 2.6 also wont tranfer anything to it. Help if you can and thanks in advance

 

try hotswapping , if that doesn't work, you will need to get a modchip

 

already have a hard-mad and i cant hotswap unless im using external usb if that is even possible
