IPOD 3g problems

    My third generation ipod seems to be going crazy. When I connect my usb to my computer it says that it can't read the usb, then that will disappear and hte ipod will appear in itunes, then after awhile the ipod just turns off. Please help.

    it works but my ipod needs to be fully charged for it to work, and now its turning on and off randomly on its own...sigh.

    hit up and middle for 10 seconds let it restart, give that a try then plug it into the pc

    Try restoring it using the Apple Updater. This will delete all the song files that you have on the iPod, so make sure that you have a backup of the songs in iTunes or on your PC somewhere. ;-)
