Is anyone having a problem with MTV Rocks? Some of my music channels werent working last week but have since came back on except this one

 

try putting your box on standby when you go to bed making sure your on a direct cable feed

 

all channels down staffordshire area any one else having problems??????????? tried turning it off re-scanning and full factory reset.

 

Just gone down south of you too. Went around 16:20

 

tried all the usual stuff still no luck went down bout 4.25. no way this is server work again ???????????????????

 

some bizzare reason its all back up 04.45.

 

and its all gone off again 04.48?????????? any one know what the fusk is going on??

 

Check your providers website could be an area problem or try rebooting your router and box

 

have done i have done it all m8 but it came on and all went off again within 3mins

 

well i have check and all other areas are working so it must be your area only so must be either your isp down or your provider is down

 

No E45 hes right box down in brum too

Tried the scans and so on deffo down 40 mins or so here

 

NO checked providers website no problems in my area and internet works otherwise i wouldnt be typing this now.

 

well its working in Manchester and other areas so it has to be a localised problem so prob a virgin problem not a krypt one

 

Oh dear. Just checked with virgin no problems at all in the midlands

Might be a firmware update coming soon

 

service provider says everything is fine in my area so it not just here. so what is causing the problems this time no way this is server maintainance again does any one have any idea or answers?????????

 

Looks like some area's are down and others not down i have just been told they are looking into this problem now at the present time more info when i get it

 

Just leave your box going mate it will clear

They have too much money invested in it to drop service

Staffs is NTL like Manchester yet Brum is Telewest

 

cheers pal glad some one knows whats going on, well at leat has an idea. Had the box turned off at the back juast doing a factory reset and rescan now.
