Don't take this the wrong way but if you don't know how to install a standard ide dvd rom drive then maybe you should just pay someone with the knowledge to do it for you. Cause it sure ain't rocket science!!!!

Thankyou! dudes having major issues and cant get through them......some are not computer inclined. You could give me car repair instructions all day and i still wouldn't be able to do it...thats why i take it to the mechanic.
