Which aerials are best for receiving siginals from transmitter that is around 20 miles away,Panorama,eg [yagi type with spaced out washers on 18 inch bar] or [large square mesh type].

 

Any ideas,I know that height will help but one can only go so high.

the brother uses the large square mesh type and he is about 30 miles from the transmitter and he gets a perfect signal.
