yes the hd combo works on cable but we only get a couple of hd channells

now you have me question-ing me self on wheather it does work,ha ha lol

 

What chans do we get in HD dude?

 

i cant answer that 1 for ya as i dont have the hd model

 

not a lot in ireland, check the provider site, they have a list

 

whats stations work in dublin on th hd box

My MAC address has changed and I am unable to do anything about it. It reads 0A:00:00:00:00:00. after I installed Guiness HD Combo+ with Ccam.

 

where did you get the carling file that you put on it when it went unwatchable
also did you do a factory reset after you put the file on

 

Yes I did. The Carling file was from the Toolbar Bigmag I think?

 

and now the mac address is all greyed out and you cant even manualy insert anything
FFS it keeps happening to the hd combo boxes all the time
there has to be some combination of keys you can press to get this sorted
there is about 5 others in the same boat on this forum alone with that problem
try and ask your supplier if there is a fix or does he know if a fix will be out soon
dont expect much of a responce from him though (he got his money all he cares about)

 

yes and when you get on to your supplier and they dont respond or do anything come back on here and name and shame them then we will see if they will sort the problem out

there on a while now
cant tell you an exact date myself
but they seem to be the problem box at the moment, besides all the old 1's,lol
they seem to be knocking off something to do with mac address

 

could be an early termination of there 12 mts

 

should have a thread to name & shame if you are just blanked by supplier if there is an error in the box and they dont want to know you

 

just noticed im not a jnr member anymore... happy days, maybe yiz will all take me a bit more seriously now hahaha
