    Okay, my friend is giving me an ipod nano (1st gen) for free. It is unresponsive due to water damage. Can anyone tell me how to fix it, if possible?

    Well, you might have to dry it out all the way
    wait a few days and blowdry it.

    then it might just come on (works sometimes)

    or id send it to apple, it might cost an arm and a leg but is prolly cheaper then a new one.

    if you cant do that nano's are running about $130 on ebay.
