Cant find my EEPROM

    i looked in my E:/backup folder but i cant find it. is called something dif andwhere exactly is it?

    get config magic and make a backup then use the one you get

    ok i got config magic and im a newb with it. how do i do what i have to do, and the EEPROMs in there are 1.0 and 1.1
    my box is v1.6

    make a backup and then just take the eeprom you get and rename it "eeprom.bin" and there ya go

    If you have a softmod, the backup that config magic will give you will be wrong! The correct one will be in E:\Udata\213345673(something like that)\backup\...

    You can check your eeprom to ensure it's the correct one with a program called LiveInfo. It will show you your serial number found on the back of your xbox, if they match you've got the right one!

    Softmodded xboxs modify the eeprom, that's why the readout ones are wrong!
