welldone welcome to the world of mod xbox (greatest thing ever) ftp them in easy get a cross over wire link pc and xbox now that was easy yeah now turn on xbox and your see a ip somewere on pc open your internet explorer disable fire wall and for the adress type ftp://xbox:xbox@ here goes the ip of the xbox what you found then hit enter and it should load your see like 6 folders called c,d,e,f,g,z may more or something like that now go in e i think there should be folders like app emulators etc if there not there go in f instead once found go in app and put xbmc so you can play dvds and emulators you put the xbox emulators and games put your xbox games etc now thats how to do it with out a ftp program you can use other ftp programs the firewall can cause big probelms ftping ------------------------ enjoy the xbox mod it is really cool emulators are great like sega back up games is the best play dvds with xbox control no need to spend cash skins they rock and easy to make your own ------------------------------- you may want to change the settings on your xbox to static ip that works great for pc to xbox
I have all that stuff E, but I put in roms too but it doesnt show up on the actual xbox when I open the emulator...its for nintendo64 the game is perfect dark. anyways do I have to get roms from a certain place for them to work?, I also need to know where I transfer music and video's over to.
Emulators will search in specific folders for roms, and it varies with each emulator. Generally speaking, you can just put roms in the "roms" folder that sits inside the emulator's folder. So it'd be something like E:\emulators\neogenesis\roms\ for the rom folder of that particular emulator.
