I'm at work and have been given two cd's to copy. They are DVDR discs and i'm trying to copy them onto CDR discs and its not working. I'm guessing they are different! (sorry, no kwoledge about these things!) the error i get when copying is "can not copy to DVD" even though the destination disc is a CD! Forgive me for being stupid but i'm panicking as these need to be done asap! Never used Nero before today! Thanks
Firstly will the contents of the DVDs even fit on a CD? A CD will only hold about 700MB, while a DVD holds about 4.7GB. [bold]IF[/bold] the contents will fit the way to go would be to rip the DVD contents to your HDD and then burn them to CD. btw if you actually state in the subject topic what you actually need help with you may get more answers
