hi I NEED HELP ok, so the problem is that i bught a original xbox from ebey... i tryed to ftp it but it semes that the owner played with it and i cant!! 1. well the question is can i downlod a trainer ( for halo 2 ), burn it on CD/DVD , and (i know how to copy it) put it into a folder app (aplications) and run it? 2. can i some how burn a CD\DVD with halo2 maps on it and copy it to halo2? plz dont send me tutorial on how to ftp.....
you cannot burn it onto a cd. Xbox drives inparticular the thomson drive has trouble with cdr's. Why can't you ftp, what is not working properly? Ftping is by far the easiest, fastest and most economical way of transferring files.
The xbox backup guides have heaps and heaps of ftp howtos. Thomson drives will read cd-r as long as you don't finalize the disk, but a trainer isn't big enough on it's own for the drive to pick up..
first of all i can burn it on a DVD/CD but what do you mean its not big??? (if can burn outher stuff on it if needed???...)
