NEED HELP WITH FTP!!!!!!!!!!

    ok i modded my box. i connect my box to my wireless internet computer i tried to connect them but it keeps on timing out.i set the type to EHCP and everything i was told to. and it still times out.. what am i doing wrong. do i have to still connect it to the router? need help.....

    you should be able to the computers ip, make sure thats what ur trying to connect to and not the router.

    plz quit multi posting but yea i had a problem like that today but i just went to my unleash dash and went to start ftp and it worked ur connection might just be to slow to ftp

    well when i dont hallf of my questions will never get awnsered. someone asks me somethin, i relpy, never hear from them again. so sorry but.....

    Is this your first time ftp'ing?
    if it is then its most likly a IP address issue.
    have you ever got your box and pc to connect before?

    yes it is my first time and no i have not connected them before. i did what i was told to: connect them dowload flach but which ip code do i put in? the one it says ip adress or currnt ip other than those 2 things i cant figure out wats wrong.

    ok i have the ftp going but how or where to i get the halo 2 maps to mod? off a site or the game i cant find them please help

    new maps - e/tdata/4d530064/$c/each of the three folders there is a different mappack.

    old maps - off your disc

    If you insert the Halo 2 disk in the xbox, and FTP to it; The files are found in /D/maps/

    Don't forget, you leave the game out, with the tray open until your dash comes up, then you eject the tray, put the disk in, and put it in your xbox. Then do nothing else with your xbox, just FTP to it using your computer.
