Newbie here..2 questions!!!!

    Hi, Thanks guys if can answer them.

    1- According to what I've read...If I hack the macrovision..I'd be able to copy VHS to DVDR...Does it work too for commercial DVDs or do they have another kind of copy protection?

    2- I read someone was trying to connect the stand alone DVD recorder through the DVI input to copy from the PC (using NERO) to the DVDR. Anyone know if this actually worked?

    1- The Macrovision hack covers DVDs also .. but you cannot clone a DVD (with working menus, etc..)

    2- Not that I've heard of
