Hey Hooter, If you had no boxes which one would you go for now?

 

starview.6 not the hd, for some reason there seems to be more problems with some of them at the moment
maybe its because ive always had the starview
but read up on both boxes and dont let others decide for you (krypt or starview)
if you just even read back as far as 2 pages you will get every pro and con about both boxes

 

Been keeping up with the SV6 and the KV a780. But I think it all comes down to this 12 month time restriction on the SV6(True or not). Which has the best EPG, SV6 or a750?
Is the EPG on the SV6 the same as it was on all previous Starviews? I never liked it.

 

im not sure some say its true some say its a rumour
best epg it depends on the individual for the way you like the epg
yes its sort of similar to the starv-usb but a bit different it has a 7day epg you can download but i never tried it
to me the both tell you whats on they both show you a few hours ahead
and both show you about the film/programme

I really miss the Eurovox EPG and Remote. I've yet to see better.

 

well euro ya wont see another one of them on cable as they are now gone sat side

 

sv epg is tops mate, all ya need to know on it...

 

ha ha ha ya have not seen it working yet in ireland so how can you comment on that let us wait and see what its like then you can comment on the epg

and i think support wins hands down over epg anyday in my book

In all fairness a bad epg can be very frustrating. Look at the UPSee Box. Its dire.

 

that is because they do not conform to standards in ireland epg can be a hit and mis at all times and i would not bank on an epg

the best epg you will get is the sky box epg that is what you call epg

 

it really depends in the indivudal for epg, colour, height ,weight size,
oh sorry im rambling on about the way i like my woman,lol

 

epg is a bonus on theses boxes,.get the free tv mag,...simplesssssss,,,,lol

you have the option of the new kryptview a780, old krypt if you have 1 with the iconnect or the starview.6 or the starview hd combo
