Recovering my old account

    I used to mod with my account and it got permanetly banend from matchmaking. This was about a year and a half ago. I have a new xbox now that hasnt been modded on before. If i recover it on this account can i play matchmaking on it?

    No because you have already modded the account and it doesn't matter if you play on a different xbox,that account is still banned
