I downloaded a 755MB MPEG-2 (SVCD) file, but it was in pal and i streamed at 1739KBPS, any how I converted the MPEG into NTSC and the File is now 1.15GB and streams at 2836KBPS. Fisrt of all can Burn the 1.15GB file onto a CD as a SVCD cuz its not the space that matters but the time of the file? if So which programs should i use?? Secondly I reconverted the MPEG into NTSC but i converted it so the bit rate would be 1739kbps the same as the original PAL MPEG. I converted it but when i make it full screen on my computer it has more blockyness to it. WHY??!?! if its the same stream rate as the original does it do this!?!?! the 1.15GB converted NTSC had no blockyness at all.
it will not fit for sure i would recomend that you read the guides in other areas of the site as it is hard to learn the ins and outs on your own why reinvent the wheel some one here as already writen a guide to help you tommays
