1.3 xbox eeprom error

    so back in my noob days i got a free xbox from someone and tried to replace the eeprom chip with one from another xbox...... that had a bad power supply

    the result was two severely mangles eeprom chips, and two DEAD xbox's without eeprom chips

    so do i have to buy an eeprom chip for my 1.3 to get it running, or can i just throw a xecuter 3 in it and be done? i have a spare xecuter, and if that would work things would be much easier

    Not sure, I think you can just chip it and it should run...

    Only one way to find out!
