Not sure that 1 Click DVD Copy Pro belongs here. Tried to find specific title for it and was referred here. Downloaded it and am finding the menu (skin) is partially cut off on the right hand side, also the bottom. Have corresponded with support group and tried all the possible solutions to the problem, to no avail. Have heard nothing else from 'support'. Anyone else have the same issue? Thanks- Norma
Hi Norma i've used 1 click in the past and was unsatisfied with the softwares performance. Why dont you try some of the free softwares like RipIt4Me, DVDShrink, and or DVDDecrypter. I'm sure you'll be satisfied with the results, and especially the price ''free''. I personally use Nero with AnyDVD but these programs aren't free. Good Luck ;
I have used the 1 Click DVD Copy for over a year and had good luck with it. Problem now is that I paid for the 1 Click DVD Pro thinking I would have even a better program, <kicks rocks>...I sent a screen capture copy of the "Pro" to support and it seems the 'skin' needs to have certain settings on the desktop such as larger font, also 96 DPI which had already been set. I tried the new settings also even tried changing the resolution, still no correction. Maybe holidays have hindered a response from the support team. Will have to wait and see and consider this another learning lesson. Thanks for response. Norma
