can anyone help me? when I use 1 click dvd copy it reads and writes but i cant get the new disc read on ant thing. even the pc struggles and will only read if i put it in the same drive. I am using any dvd
Hi, Ok 1click and anydvd. Lets see. First what media are you using and is it + or - R. Second are you burning movie only, everything, or do you have different options selected, like (movie & menu only) For best quality its usually best to do movie only. And as for media use quality media like TDK, Verbatim, Fuji. I also use only DVD-R media because more stand alone Dvd players are compatible with DVD-R than +R.
theres a few things that could cause the problem what brand of blank media are you using? NO memerox first off not good stuff good blank media would be Taiyo Yuden,Verbatium or Ritek stick with thoses or stuff that codes out as Taiyo Yuden are you using DVD dash R or DVD plus R ? that can make a difference see what your PC and standalone dvd players are compatable with. Burn speed is very important try burning a 4X max. that WILL help
quote"I used 1 click dvd copy & it was a complete waste of money for me..good luck" i use 1click dvd copy for a lot of my backups and i have never had any problems with it. best $59 i have ever spend, great quality.
yea i can image but for me it just would not work whatsoever.i've noticed that some programs just dont seem to work with some people's computer's..it seems like that to me...but i stick with dvd shrink & nero & I haven't used anything else since.
back again, I have been using minus r, i get 3 files on the disk, i video (empty) 1 audio (empty 1 folder nadme 1 click dvd opy which also contains the audio video, whilst this is where the actual video is, nothing can open it. i will try diff disks as I am using prodisc which I dont usually have a problem with. will also try just the movie and see if any improvement
check your setting in one click and yeah prodisc are just ok not great media, Taiyo Yuden or Verbatium would be a better choice and remember to burn at 4X max. and for the record its DVD dash R NOT minus R lol and you might try a different program other than one click CloneDVD2 works really well with anydvd and you can try the free trial before you buy i would def. give it a shot
