1.Pinnacle Pro Stick- 1.Kanavanipput A&B?

Terve!
I am new in Finland (Helsinki) and I would greatly appreciate someone's help to explain me how DigiTV works here.
Here is what I get:
Digital channels: YLE 6 channels
Analogic channels: ten others.
Seems like I only get the kanavanippu A, and not kanavanippu B.(I have tried to understand the digitv.fi website).
Can you help?

Do you know how to increase the memory allocated to programs so this Pinnacle ProStick wouldn't crash my computer everytime I want to record?
