Which do you prefer and why?

I'm looking at building a new system by the end of this year and am looking at using one of these options for my hard drive choices.

I want a system that will boot up fast, play video games fast, process video editing fast, just be generally much faster than what I have now.

    Thoughts?

You'll need 2 HDD to have a raid array, just get 2 10,000 WD Raptors in raid 0 .... it should be noticable quicker

What about 3 7200 rpm HDD in raid array? Would that be quicker?
