10 year old samsung cordless handsets need replacing...help! :)

Been using the same samsung cordless phones at home for nearly 10 years!! they have served us extremely well but are now starting to pack up

Need new handsets (2 or 3) with these requirements :

1. MUST have loudspeaker
2. Ability to connect to our WiFi network at home and use skype or an equivalent service for international calling
3. Good quality - would rather spend more money and have them last longer

anyone know of any good handsets that match these criteria? the BT one's seem to do the job but don't they require a bt line?
