16 bit setup launcher

    does anyone know how to make a 16-bit Setup Launcher work on a windows XP home edition. When i try to start the setup an error shows up something like this " AUTOEXEC.NT. The system file is not suitable for running MS-DOS and Microsoft Windows applications. Choose 'close' to terminate the application." and i have no clue of what i should do. Someone help!!!
