2 avi's on one disc

    greetings everyone....here's my problem,say i had two parts of a movie on avi,eg, alien v predator disc1 and alien v predator disc2,what software would i use to put them on the same dvd.I've read about tmpeg and dvd lab thingies but it's still as clear as mud to me..as you can gather im not very good at this so be GENTLE,all i need is a nudge in the right direction..ALL THE BEST P

    convert both avi's to mpeg2 then either go 2 ways

    1. re author them using tmpgenc dvd author

    or

    2. get an mpeg joiner like pecks power joiner ,join them together before you re author them

    if every one just used the guides how would we know about the varieties of using alternative software

    What I did was using nero, as it transcodes it and burns it. Burnt my first playable DVD yesterday, and it contains 3 AVI files. (the first three parts of The HitchHikers Guide to The Galaxy - hopefully mentioning the title is not considered promoting or as a commercial for this movie)
