that's just about the best you can get in a Laptop without paying extravagant amounts. I'm pretty sure it can max it out.

You can probably expect 20-30 FPS in towns in a little bit lower res(1600x1200) on high settings. So, no, it wont max it out.
Age of Conan is a ridiculous game, and maxed out really requires a quad core processor, which you can't really get in laptops, it will play it reasonably well, but not perfectly.
