Hello, I currently have two operating systems on my computer, I am missing aspi manager and my computer keeps crashing please help remove both so I can start fresh.
Just boot up with a floppy disk with fdisk and formt on it. You can reformat the drive to get rid of the old OS or delete the partitions with fdisk if you need to change partition size or need to delete a linux/bsd partition. You didn't say what OS you are trying to remove. If the OS had a boot loader like XP/NT or LILO for linux, you can type fdisk /mbr to rewrite the boot record to remove the boot loader.
