hi all..just recently got my internet disconnected by COX Communications here in Vegas for the 2nd time...first time i thought ok, newbie mistake...i then tried protecting myself by getting Protowall and Blocklist manager..everything seemed ok...download as usual for bout a year or so with my torrent program....then out of no where, no internet...i had to call them up again to restore my service and they basically made me aware again of their 3 strike rule (if you get caught downloadin 3 times, you can get banned from service permanently)...not here to blame Protowall or BLM cause i read those programs are not meant to block your isp...but here to just give a heads up to any peeps usin COX and to ask if anyone has had better luck with any other isp here in the Las Vegas area......thanks for your time
