I ordered 10 or these but now I think I should return them. is there a way to back up using these disc?
I'm not quite sure what you are trying to ask but, Of course you can use the BD's to put what ever you want on them. You will of COURSE NEED A BLU-RAY BURNER, AND A BLU-RAY PLAYER TO READ THEM THOUGH. So I assume you have both of these otherwise you wouldn't of bought them.
yes I have both and as I can see most of the BD movies are much more than 25 gigs. How do I fit it on a 25 gig disc. Is there a way to compress it down or are people using double sided BD disc for back ups? Can you even buy them? If those are what I need I want to return these and get DL BD discs. I'm hoping for DVD rebuilder type program that you cpmpress it down to fit on a smaller cheaper disc
most of the 25Gb discs are technically 23.5 so if there;s any movie under that u can burn thme and also there a way to to burn just movie(not compreessed) u need bdedit and tsmux and tsremux
That's funny I just picked up this stuff direct from Amazon on Sat. I got the Dual layer REWRITABLE so that I wouldn't have that problem of compressing. Amazon had the best deal on the dual layers, so hope that helps. Delivery estimate: February 21, 2008 - February 22, 2008 1 "Sony BD-RE Rewritable Single Layer Disc - 25gb, 2X" $23.65 Sold by: Amazon.com 1 "Panasonic LMBE50DE 50GB Blu-ray Disc" Electronics; $48.67
it looks like it is a little hard to get all the programs. Has anyone put together a guide? For right now this is over my head. I got bdedit but can't find the others.
