Hi I work at a gamestore and I just sold a used 3DS. the customer came back and returned it because it has a parental control password. is there anyway to reset this without making the long distance call?
sorry you have to call nintendo and have them reset it the way you do this is go into per rental controls and select i forgot then when it asks you the secret question say i forgot again it will then give you a number and all you have to do is call the 1800 number for nintendo it's not a long distant call and they can reset it over the phone for you sorry
