you guys probly already know wat i am talking about but here it is.. i was wondering is there a way to turn it into a memory drive (like a usb drive) and if so wats the cheapest way to make it.. thank you
It was a fantastic memory drive when it was still in the iPod! If you still have your iPod parts you could probably reassemble it with the minimal parts required [ie no case, click wheel, or screen] and use the iPod cable to connect it to your computer. I don't have any expertise at all in the field, and am unsure if you would need the battery for it to work.
I was a perfect USB Drive while it was in the case like he said! And 1 more thing take you E-Mail out… It’s against forum rules... don’t be suppressed if you start to see Ads for penis enlargement in you in box! ~Domreis
Domreis-- Please don't quote the rules and break them in the same post. Please edit the swear word, you know the rules. PopN-- Welcome to Afterdawn. This might not be the right place to post this. Many of us know about iPods, but don't know how to change internal parts into other things. I'm not speaking for all of us when I say that, some might know. Try to post it here: http://forums.afterdawn.com/forum_view.cfm/128
Yeah... you can consider it a swear word, but I was just summarizing what dRD said in the forum rules! dRD~ I will change it to penis for you ok! ~Domreis
NP... hey here in this town you cant even walk into Fred Myere or a nice store like that wihtout hearing the F-word 3 times... you wont even think of that as fowl language! Wont happen again! ~Domreis
ok thanks guys ive removed my email... i know this is off topic but wow i never knew you could put themes on ur ipod thats ausome... next up a ipod video also wats the worse uploading a theme can do to your ipod? make it freeze?
No, I think the worst thing is the picture in the wrong places, which happened to me, and a restore fixed the problem pretty fast.
No, that is probably worst case scenario! You do want to run virus scan on the Themes before you upload them though! ~Domreis
That is what I said Anything can give you a virus. It is obvious that you should run a virus scan through the theme, but [bold]very[/bold] unlikely that you will find a virus.
Oh Sorry when I go my E-Mail from Afterdawn you hadent posted yet and I was answering his question sice it hadnt been answered when I read the post... you just beat me to the post button!!! LOL! Credit to you! ~Domreis
