Will a 4k ultra HD monitor work with Afox Geforce GT730 4gb DDR3 Graphics card?

Yes! Your card should be quite capable of working with a 4K GD monitor for BD and video playback, but you won't get much in the way of gaming. Just connect it with the HDMI output on your card. I have a 43 inch 4K TV that I use as my monitor and entertainment screen using a GTX 960 and it works great. But a couple of weeks ago I got curious as to what I could use so I dipped into my computer parts museum and pulled out an old ATI X850 XT, connected it to my TV with a DVD-D to HDMI cable and up it booted. It wouldn't reach 4K video but it would play 1080P without any issue. I did have to resize my desktop a bit but it worked. So go ahead and give a try!
