Hey gang ! my 5005 won't respond to it's remote ! And yes I've changed the batteries several times so I don't think it's a battery issue ? The basic functions of the unit itself still work but as you already know ! Most of the features of the unit are on the remote so if it's the remote gone bad I guess I'm pretty well stuck right ? I have one of those Logitech all in one remotes maybe I can reprogram it for The Liteon 5005 ? Please Help if you've had this problem and overcame it?!!! Thanx and merry christmas!!!!!!!!
Old Gramps must be getting Fuzzy ? I got out my Logitec676 all in one remote & Voila !!!!! I already had it Programmed for the Liteon 5005 and low and behold the Logitec remote works the liteon just fine ! So it's deffinitley a dead remote problem ! I may contact Liteon to see what a replacement cost But I think The Logitec will do the job just fine! But hey !!! if they wanna send me a free replacement ? I'll take it !!! again thanks and Merry Christams !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
