I check twice before the last #. tI told me "ERROR CODE" it has been the first time I enter a code. I don't know if the provider is important for you to generate the code. As I wrote my provider es Claro Chile, but perhaps the old company name still remainds (it's Smartcom) By the way I enter the code with out the sim card thanks

Ok, i try then using a second sim (from movistar). But the phone told me "Phone Restricted" ->I pushed de undo (option) and It invites me to enter a restriction code.
