56k running from broadband! (Dreamcast)

Hi just as quick question I've done a bit of googling around and I think I can do it, but I'm not sure if the DC will work with it, but I can't try at the moment because I waiting for my new RGB cable for my DC.

Ok so I want to connect my DC to my laptop that connects to my WiFi broadband, using a home made RJ11 to RJ45 cable, I was wondering if I would need software as the Dreamcast can only run at 33.6/56ksec and my Broadband is 2MB soon to be 20MB, basically I want the DC to run Dialup speed through my Broadband connection to connect to private servers and my own private server, soon to be made.
