642k Irritating sound "Tick" ,each second ...

    I noticed this noise it look likes the same noise wich analog clock does every second ,it came from the player . . The interesting thing is , this only happens when I playing Divx or VCD midias. When I play DVD disk , the noise desappears ..
    Its really annoying thing ... Did anyone who owns this player has the same "problem" with me ?

    got the same problem when i play backups on ps2
