I'm using ConvertXtoDVD, and trying to burn a 801MB file. What I need to know is how I get this file either onto one DVD (without losing quality) or have ConvertXtoDVD burn it onto 2 DVDs (preferred). STRAC
You will lose quality no mater how you do this. Due to encoding from an AVI file to a DVD. 1 DVD or 2 DVD should not make a difference in this case. The only way to keep the quality of the AVI video would be to burn it to a DATA disc and play it on a compatible DivX/Xvid DVD player.
Are you familiar with ConvertXtoDVD? If so, how do I burn this file to a DVD? Will it tell me automatically that the file is too large and ask for another DVD or will I waste time converting the file, only to have ConvertXtoDVD tell me it's too large for one DVD?
I already read through all that and figured that I needed to be set at DVD-5...does this mean that ConvertXtoDVD will inform me to put another DVD in when it gets full?????????? PS. preciate your help!
