ok i just got a 80mm case case for my graphics card. where is the best place to put it? my graphics card over heats and where should i put it
Ok, I'm guessing you want to mount a case fan. First choice would be the rear case area below the power supply if you don't have one already there. If that space has one then next would be the either the side panel vents if you have it or the front vent area inside. Most cases have the vent holes already drilled and also the fan mounting holes. Since its a heat problem with your video card, I would have installed a slot fan directly below the video card. Slot fans mount the same way as the video card and take one of the card slot areas but don't actually mount to the motherboard. That would draw the heat right off the vid card and out the back of the case. Jerry
