a cuple questions for halo 2 modders...(NEED ANSWERING!!!)

first of all, i would like to know how to sign a map cuz i got some maps that i modded but fail to load, and secondly, i wud like 2 kno how 2 put those simbols of like roket launches and plasma pistols and other stuff like that including medals and stuff and also putting names of other people in and also having motion icons in the name of the gametype. plz give some info if u can and i wud realy appreciate if u gave me a site that had a full tutorial of eather or if u cud tell me how, thanks

 

1)CMR for the new maps - Go to www.brutemods.com and then go to downloads and then map resigner and find "the best map resigner I've ever seen" - for the old maps (and mainmenu.map , shared.map and single_player_shared.map)

After I've installed my mod chip on my xbox, how do I get those Halo 2 mods on there?

 

you need to ftp them to your xbox!

 

can someone please PM the original halo 2 maps...(the clean new 9 maps)!?!?!

yea i saved both backups...thats all i needed to do?
damn well i got the maps on there anyway a couple minutes ago by using the halo 2 multiplayer map pack disk thingy

but now i have another problemo!!!
NOOOOO!!!!!1!1!!one!!

when i open the ftp up and connect... after i click on E then TDATA then 4d530064 theres nothing in there!!!!

there are no files in 4d530064!!!

what am i to do?!?!

hmmm thats odd, never scene that before. thats normaly where all ur maps are. maybe try reinstalling the maps

 

thanks chip...maybe i have to reinstall it from the content download on xbox live instead of installing it with the multiplayer map pack xbox disk thing...heres another Q though...lol

ok...i have all the regular maps (not modded or anything) on my xbox...but i have the EvolutionX softmod dashboard downloaded...if i logged into live and NOT go into ANY game (custom or matchmaking) just to download map content on halo2...would i get banned wen i try to log back in????????

ya most likely, cause when i got banned, i didnt even have any modded content on my xbox, just my chip and when i tryed to log into xbox live on halo 2, it noticed right away and i got banned completely.
