a little help please

    Hi. Im new with the whole data transfer thing with teh cell phones and i was just wonderign what all do i need to do in order to upload ring tones or whatever to my phone, samsung x426? I have the program, mobile ringtone converter, and a data cable installed already. I just see no place where i can access my phone. Do i need a special program, or need to unlock my phone? Well thanks for all the help!
