A problem with sound using TMPg.....help pls!!!!

Ok, I am an extreme newbie to all this. I have a lot on avi files on my computer, and I want to burn them onto CD, so I believe I have to change to SVCD format? I did this with TMPgenC. (These are only 45min tv episodes )I just followed the guide here, and used the wizard. The result is a Mpeg file, which plays perfectly, but with no audio.

I have tried to work out what the problem is, but I still unsure. I have read SO many guides in the last 24hours.
Do i need to seperate the audio at some point??

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

 

Some sound cannot be encoded by TMPGenc which leaves the 'audio input' line blank. Read http://forums.afterdawn.com/thread_view.cfm/159310. read the 'sticky' theads!
