a quick dumb question about hardware

    i have a 950 mhz processor in my tabletop computer with a cd drive and a cdrw drive internal. i do have a dvdrw external drive. my question is do i need a dvd drive in my tabletop computer do backup dvd's?

    No, you can do it with just one. Rip first to your HD from your external burner and then insert a blank media to burn to from the HD back to the external burner.

    Does you puter have usb 2.0 ports?
