    Hey,
Not sure if there is a thread for this but here goes. I am using Slysoft's AnyDVD and DVDSquish(?) to compress a DVD9. Then I use Nero to burn to a DVD5. Is there a easier/faster way to do this. I've tried DVD XCopy but it doesn't give a full burn. Thanks in advance!

    Maybe you mean DVD Squeeze?
You didn;t mention how long it takes you to backup a DVD, so its hard to recommend something faster.
HOwever, it doesn't get much easier than DVD SHrink, which is free, easy to use, and produces good quality results. Here's a link to a step-by-step guide:

    Thanks Yuriv,
DVD Shrink is what I'm using...it's takes about 3 hours to burn disk using Shrink and Nero. What I'm looking for is a program that compresses and burns all in one step

It's not free, but it sounds like you might like Clone DVD. Put in both discs, click a few times and go back when it's all done.

DVD Shrink does the job of making a burnable file. DVD Clone does a good job of burning the file onto a disc. However, when using DVD clone, remember that it will only burn files/discs that are NOT copy protected.
