I've got 4 mpeg movies that I want to make into a DVD. I'm using DVDForger. It takes a while to convert, but eventually I end up with a DVD and the menu to choose between them. The problem is that my A/V end up out of synch on the DVD. The mpeg themselves are just fine. And I haven't done any other editing to them.

Any ideas what I'm doing wrong? I'm sooooo close.

Problem solved. I'm using WM Capture to create my mpgs. By default, the video is 20fps. Changing it to 30fps seems to have solved the problem.

...but I was experimenting with short clips. I'm hoping in a longer movie that the 29.97fps doesn't come result in synch problems over the long stretch. ...I don't see a way to manually enter the fraction in WM Capture. Nor do I see a way to specify it in DVDForger. We'll see I guess.
