    Hello folks...

I have a very simple request that I have NOT been able to find an answer for no matter how hard I look.

I have a DVD. I want to make a copy of this DVD. I have a DVD drive and I am amble to rip the necessary VOB files to my HD. I want to take these vob files and turn them into an mpeg that is the highest quality possible whilst still being under 650mb, so I can burn it onto a CD.

All I need is a program that will make me this mpeg from my vob files. I have tmpgenc but it doesn't seem to have an option of making files a desired filesize, am I wrong.

Please help and it would be much appreciated.

    Owen.

You should have looked a little harder.

    1) You are posting to a wrong forum room
    2) How about the ripping/compression guides? http://www.afterdawn.com/articles/
    3) The topic of your post sucks. It doesn't describe the issue
