A920..MP3 player not working and wrong pic ID!!

    ive had this fone for not too long and for the past month or so ive noticed that the mp3 player and the picture id never work! what should i do?? if i bring it to a store..will they do anything about it?

    just curiosity, because the store will tell you this, did u read your manual?

    no..i haven't read the manual. but previously, the mp3 player and picture id would show up correctly and now its not. the only part i have read about the manual was the warranty..and im not even sure how long ive had the fone to see if it was still under the warranty..
