im asking for the program nero i want to know what nero version do i need to make a menu for dvd i got nero smart stared i dont see were i can make a menu srry if my english is bad

 

With Nero 6 oem you need the dvd plugin for the menus ect - It comes with nero 7 - I know you need this for adding chapters Im not shure about menu - I dont have the plug in

 

Try Nero Vision Express.

Run NVE, click 'make dvd', 'dvd video', 'add video files', go select the video files, click 'next', and follow from there.
